Dominion Village is a thirty-seven-unit townhouse development offering panoramic views to the Northeast across the salt marshes of Goose Creek.  A community dock on the creek provides water and boat access to the entire community.  Each townhouse is a four-story structure with garage on ground level, living / dining / kitchen on the second level, bedrooms on the third level, and a multipurpose loft space on a fourth level within the roofline.  Each townhouse has an open deck off the living/dining area on the second level.

The Royal Palms community is a wooded property nestled among an existing and well established residential community.  It was the desire of the developer to design a townhome community that not only respects the existing community and its wooded site but to also enhance the adjacent properties along its entrance drive.  The three-story, three and four bedroom townhomes were designed to blend naturally with the environment through color, materiality, and with covered and screened porches to promote outdoor living.  In addition, warm earth tone colors for the building exteriors was chosen to visually reduce scale and help them to recede into the site.
