Jupiter Center is a 17,000 square foot four-story office building housing the headquarters of a local corporation with additional leasable space. Three of the four floors are office space and are over covered parking. Located on an awkward triangular site, the building resolves these difficulties by being broken into smaller geometric units that permit a closer fit within the confines of the tight site.
The building geometry culminates in a triangular stair tower where the site limitations are the most stringent. The building’s geometry is further expressed in the sharp, incised detailing of the exterior brick veneer, aluminum storefront and aluminum metal panels.
